How to Submit an Event

Use the form below to add your event to the Pura Vida Lifestyle Live Music & Events Calendar.
Please follow these simple guidelines when submitting:
Title: Use ALL CAPS for the event title, organizer, location & new town (if applicable)
Example: LIVE MUSIC – FRANK’S BAND
Address: Use a short street name or other label like Downtown or Las Palmas etc
Category: Select the category for your town. If not available, add a New Town.
Description: Add a short description so people know what the event is about.
Event Main Organizer: If you are adding a new Organizer, click the “No File Chosen” button at the bottom to add an image of yourself or your band etc.
Tags: Add words separated by commas that describe your event etc (optional)
Repeating Events: Only use this option if the event happens regularly ie: Daily, Weekly, Multiple dates.
Latitude / Longitude: You can ignore these fields.
NOTE: End Date and Start Date can remain the same. End time is optional.

After You Submit
All events are reviewed before being published to keep listings accurate.
Events are usually approved within 24 hours.

Add certain days to event occurrences. If you have a single day event, start and end dates should be the same, If you have a multiple day event, the start and end dates must match the initial date. Read More

Latitude/Longitude

Latitude and Longitude are parameters that represent the coordinates in the geographic coordinate system. You can find your venue's Latitude and Longitude measurments via the link below. Get Latitude and Longitude

IMPORTANT: Please select the city or town name (e.g. Playas del Coco, Ocotal, Playa Hermosa) in the Categories List so your event appears in location-based searches. If you town is not listed, add it in the New Town text space below.
